*Relaxation and Sport*: numerous hiking and horseback riding trails and mountain bike trails, combining sport and culture. Supervised swimming in the Lot River. Water sports including kayak and boat rentals (no license required), and fishing. A 15-minute drive away, Lake Montcuq, a Blue Flag-certified lake, offers a variety of activities for young and old.

*Culinary*: tasting local products, visiting the Cahors vineyards, traditional markets throughout the year (Montcuq on Sundays, Prayssac on Saturdays, etc.), and village restaurants with menus that exude local flavor and are affordable.
